Peace and blessings, I’m Shera B. Hill, a trauma-informed speaker and holistic wellness consultant with over 25 years of experience supporting women and children in healing, nervous system regulation, and resilience. I am the creator of the THRIVE Method, an evidence-informed framework I teach through keynotes, workshops, and trainings that blend mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and modern neuroscience.
